About a miracle when there are bad blisters. However, when hiking they don't always stay put. I've found them bushed up in my socks after a day of hiking not protecting anything. If you have a bad blister check up on it and keep it clean. The soothing relief these give will get you Beck on the trail.

Glacier Gel is even better than moleskin for blisters. It cools the blister as well as cushions it while you hike. It is not a complete replacement for moleskin but is great for those painful blisters. I always carry some of these in addition to moleskin.
