I didn't give this paddle five stars because I'm still getting used to adjusting the angle out on the water. I have arthritis in my thumbs and its a bit stiff to adjust so far. Time will tell. I like the feel and weight. Feels good to older person. I purchased the orange 250cm for fishing kayak and am pleased with my purchase. Moves the larger kayak well.
