In the same way that we try to eat more vegetables, we try to remind ourselves to take a few extra minutes to stretch out our tired legs after a grueling ride. But just like at dinnertime, a pizza and a rest on the couch often sound a lot more enticing. Stretching, like vegetables, isn't the only approach you can take towards keeping your muscles healthy though — the Trigger Point Grid 2.0 helps make at-home massage therapy an effective activity, allowing you to target specific knots and points of tension that can impact a range of muscle groups during and after a ride.

Trigger Point doubled the length of its original Grid roller to create the Grid 2.0, which is a more stable roller with increased surface area that will allow you to reach just about any muscle group you choose. The hollow-core, hand-wrapped EVA foam is far from soft — don't expect your sessions with the Trigger Point to be pain-free — but the reduced amount of foam used compared to other comparable options makes the Grid 2.0 extremely effective and gives it a smaller environmental footprint. The 3-D surface of the foam will allow you to break up individual knots, facilitating blood flow and oxygen to your muscles as you roll them out to promote healing and repair.

your muscles get sore, and tight. Use the Trigger Point 2.0 Roller to soften up those muscles. Calves, Quads, IT Bands! Like the text title says "hurts so good!". In the end your body will appreciate it.

TriggerPoint really knows how to go the extra mile than your typical foam roller. If you use this bad boy correctly for the muscles your targeting you will be giving them a deep-tissue massage while loosening up that lactic acid for quicker and better recoveries. Even if you just want to feel good before or after working out or you have some sore spots from the long day, this roller knows what you need. I've found this size of roller helps tackle larger muscle groups and therefore gives you faster relief. Whether you're looking to relieve muscles, joint pain, or improve mobility you will be doing your body a huge favor with one of these.

This foam roller does it all and is great for post workout or pre workout. There are tons of resources online to add foam rolling to your routine and this roller compared to others offers more options by having a textured surface for trigger release. Additionally, the length makes foam rolling twice as fast when using on your legs.

I bought this as a gift for my parents, but really it's a gift for me. They have an old foam roller that I swear doesn't do anything at all. We are a pretty active family and sore muscles are constant. Love having this around as I feel it actually works my muscles but it's not super hard so it relieves some of the pain from rolling out sore muscles!

Get that back nice and happy with this roller. Rolls out the kinks and makes the muscles enoy life again after a long day or activity. This roller is pretty firm so if you aren't used to rollers.. start slowly.. or you might cry. JK it's not that bad but it is pretty firm and can seem aggressive if you aren't used to it. Probably one of my favorite tools i keep with me on any trip.

Like everyone else has said, this thing hurts! That's because it's actually working. It's pretty stiff, and it hasn't really softened up much over the couple months that I've had it. I like this length over the shorter versions because you have more room to work with. Keep feeling like your best you with this great foam roller from Trigger Point!

This thing is great. Offers a great blend of firmness but still has enough squish that sessions hurt. I use if after cycling and it makes my legs feel way fresher on the next ride. Although I've only used a couple of other rollers, this is the best one I've tried.

I love this roller. It's still and doesn't just squish under me, but I don't find it to be a painful experience. Love this for rolling out tight and sore muscles and it does a much better than foam rollers I've used in the past.

Basically what all the reviews below mine say.. its painful! However, its get the job done, and does it well. I roll out most nights, and its definitely not something im really looking forward to doing, but always happy post grunting. Its stiff, and i dont see it getting soft anytime soon. You definitely get a great bang for your buck with this roller!

I purchased this roller after feeling a solid amount of fatigue and soreness after going on long rides, or extended workouts at the gym. I had never used a roller before, but had always heard that if you're an active person, it's a necessity. They couldn't have been more correct! It's really nice coming home after a long mountain bike ride and being able to roll lactic acid out of my muscles before it's builds up, and likewise with the gym. IF you're someone who takes your body seriously, it's a great investment. Since purchasing this model, I've used a couple of friends traditional style foam rollers, an they cannot hold a candle to what Trigger Point was able to accomplish with this monster! It maintains stiffness without wear or softening up, and with the grid design it really allows the roller to work well with your muscles.

This roller is amazing. It does hurt, but the relief and boost in recovery it provides is well worth it. The orange is a tad bit on the bright side, but hey you will never lose it! Overall I am happy with this purchase and the pain it brings me.

Been rolling for years. This is a significant upgrade. I have several rollers and other devices. This is one I couldn't do without.

Yes, it hurts!! But you know that it is doing it's job of breaking down knots, lactic acid and stretching out crucial tendons and ligaments to avoid any dreaded IT band issues. I have used these on and off again at local places, and finally figured it was time that I added one to my own collection. My boys and I use it often and it really works! I try and use it in conjunction with Yoga and normal routine stretches before and or after a workout. Works well for legs, and back movements. Great addition for sure and if you have any questions on this or other exercise equipment, please reach out.

When you get older you start feeling more pain especially in your back. This thing is amazing. I've used it everyday for the past month and i feel so much better. If you need that deep muscle massage without braking the bank I recommend it.

I have another roller that is just too small. Great for mobile but needed something wider for home use. This is perfect, it's a good size where you can use it on anything. Solid construction and would buy again!

Extra wide so its great for rolling on the floor to hit your upper back and shoulders. Prefer to use a more narrow one for lower back, this requires a good amount of pressure to maintain stability while rolling up against a wall. I dont see this softening like the cheaper ones over time because this is a solid roller with a foam padding around it. Definitely a good quality roller!
