Made from a blend of wool and polyester, the Stoic Merino Blend Crew Baselayer Top strikes the perfect balance between comfort and performance. Merino wool adds soft warmth that keeps the fabric smelling fresh after long mountain days, while polyester increases the durability of the fabric, and enhances its ability to wick moisture away from your skin. The form-fitting cut can be layered beneath your favorite puffy and shell, while the classic crew cut is easy to wear.

Great product great material size does run small. Not long enough on the back that when bend over it would rise leaving the back exposed. * reviewing for G.F

Great quality but definitely order up a couple sizes if the ladies are larger. Extra small is often too big for me but this top has little give and definitely doesn't work so well with a larger chest. Would return but have to return shipping from Canada is more than the cost of the shirt.

I'm generally an XS or SM and found this shirt to be too small (smaller than form fitting)--especially in the hands. My hand could barely squeeze through the arm/sleeve hole. The arms were also about 10" too long for me.

I am ad to have to return the Stoic long sleeve base layer as I love their wool clothing. The body on the small size shirt has a trim fit (corresponds to my normal size 4 but I am also small-busted), but the sleeves are outrageously tight! - I cannot even pull them over my watch and up to my wrist!

This top runs super small, especially in the arms. I generally wear a size 2 pants, and a size small top but would take a large in this! I’ve spent a lot of time trying to stretch out the arms to where it is okay(ish) now.

This crew top is simple and does a great job! Its more Mid to light weight insulation. I feel the fit is fitted but it runs true to size. I'm a size 8-10 and the medium was a little too fitted for my liking so I went large and it fit great.

This top was really disappointing. I was looking for a deal on a merino base layer and was excited to find this top. Unfortunately the sizing is way off. Ordered my usual size small (I am never a medium, but sometimes an xs), and this top was so tight, especially the arms, I was barely able to fit my hands through the wrist openings and forget about using the thumb holes! Really frustrating to have to send this poorly sized item back and pay for return shipping.

Nice and warm primary merino layer, it has kept me dry and doesn't seem to absorb odor yet. The thumbholes are great for retaining some extra heat too.
