I own several Stoic Merino blend tops. This one is tiny and feels like its all poly. I sized up 2 full sizes from my previous purchases and it was still too small. Also, prior versions were soft and warm - Merino like. This one felt like it was all polyester. I have a couple Stoic items that are all polyester and the material feels about the same. Wish they would find the old cloth and factory so I can buy some Stoic again.

I'm 6'4", 205 lb, the XL was just the right size - not too tight, not too loose. Good performance on a spring backcountry ski trip in Northern California. I would buy more products like this.

I use this base layer for backpacking, hiking, and skiing. It fits a bit tight and small compared to the older version; although, it did stretch out a little after several wears. It keeps me warm and dry, plus I love the thumb holes to keep the cuff down on the wrist. Overall, solid purchase for those looking for a lighter base layer. This is my second one, as the first one has seen better days!

I keep reading how merino wool is supposed to be soft against the skin but I don't find that to be the truth with this baselayer at all. The fit was perfect for what they described and I expected.

Nice merino layer, does run a bit small I heard some popping as I put it on, but didn't see any tears.

The material is a great value but they run a little small, I would recommend you buy up a size.

I typically wear a medium and rarely size up for athletic gear. I know the description says form fitting but I found it to be tight. I'm going to try sizing up as I liked the material.
