I bought 5 of the original Stoic 100% merino shirts in a variety of colors when they first came out ~2010. Wore them for day-to-day, sleep, and backpacking/climbing and now have holes in all but one. They were hands down the best bang-for-your-buck merino shirts and have gone the distance. Been patiently waiting for some sort of replacement and just picked up two of these. Great feel and fit, plus with the poly blend they should breathe easier and hold up better. I just came back to buy another one in each color. Will update this post if they fail to meet expectations.
