I usually wear small or medium, depending on the brand. Having seen other reviews, I ordered a small, and it was still a bit large overall. Having said that, the shirt is nice, very breathable. It is not soft at all due to the materials used, but great for running / working out.

I usually wear a large in most brands, but I should have ordered a medium here. It'll still work, but if a large usually fits well, then you may want a medium.
