It's hard enough trying to make the perfect cast, let alone make it when you feel like you're going to take a slider at any moment, but you can make fishing a little easier for yourself with the Redington Willow River Women's Sticky Rubber Wading Boot. This supportive, lightweight, and quick-drying boot has a sticky rubber sole that gives you superb traction on slippery terrain, loose ground, and riverbeds. The upper is fitted with mesh panels so you're not hauling around a bunch of heavy water while you walk, and the Willow River also features a durable rubber toe cap to protect your toes from stubborn river rocks. A padded collar increases ankle support, and the stud-compatible soles let you put spikes in these boots when you need some extra bite.

Looks like a nice boot. I wear a size 8 and ordered the 8. It appears it runs about a 1/2 size small. My toe was right at the edge of the boot.

Bought these for my girlfriend but it ended up not fitting her feet right. She is a size 6.5 so we ordered the 7. It was a good fit in the toe area but her ankles were super tight. Returned them for a different pair.

Love these boots. They run a little small and need a little breaking in. But they are really well made and sturdy

Great fit & great quality. I was looking for an entry price point women's wading boot, and these are just perfect! I'm typically an 8 or 8.5 in women's shoes and the 8 fits perfectly.

Got the older look in these(grey with turq.) and i really like them. The did what they were suppose to do, not let me slide of mossy rocks and they are actually pretty comfortable standing in. be sure to get one size higher. im a 7 in the boot but got a size 8. check the size chart!! fits wader booties and wool socks

So far these boots have worked very well for lake fishing (in Central New York winter weather) and in Salmon river as well. The sticky bottom rubber soles help me keep a grip while trying to walk on slippery bedrock through a raging river. I wear a size 6.5 shoe but ordered an 8 anticipating winter weather. The size accomodates my neoprene stocking foot wader plus heavy socks and a pair of neoprene soxes as well (I hate to have cold feet). I know there is more expensive, and probably better quality out there but for my needs with salmon, trout, and steelhead fishing these have worked well. By the way, I had a problem with a hook with the first pair I bought and Backcounty took care of finding me another pair of boots and my return great. I even got some fishing tips from one of the reps. The company has a great team!!!

These boots have been drug through every wet, cold, muddy and stinky river and lake in Utah, and keep kicken! They run a bit small. Other then that, I have no complaints. The price is perfect for a starter pair.
