The Patagonia Women's Capilene Thermal Weight Crew Top cranks up the heat while keeping bulk to a minimum thanks to its exclusive Polartec Power Grid fabric. A lofted grid pattern on the inside traps heat and wicks sweat so you stay dry and warm, and spandex helps it move with you under layers for unrestricted mobility while you're skiing, skinning, climbing, or trekking. Polygiene permanent odor control keeps funky smells at bay so you don't have to wash your baselayer after each tour.

I bought this as a gift for my wife and she loves it. She normally runs cold but wears these day and night. (I bought the pants as well) I purchased her two sizes, the medium is a bit large on her but still comfortable, the small is more fitted and doesn't show when used an everyday baselayer.

This layer makes you feel warm the minute you put it on. Used it during the polar vortex (moved to Iowa from Florida) and lived through it, haha! Dries extremely fast after washing and has held up well, still looks like new. The green color is beautiful, waiting for the red color to come in the mail. Not itchy, very comfortably against the skin.

I bought two of these right off the bat. This layer keeps you comfortably warm on cold ski days! It is breathable and fits under any mid layer!

This is my second thermal top that I have bought from Patagonia. I absolutely love this! A must-have when I go skiing. I sometimes will throw it on when I am chilly at home! Super comfortable (so soft) and a perfect fit.

This top is my saving grace when the temps get low!! My little butt is always cold and this top is perfect. It moves well, and is lightweight under. Downside is, the order control part doesn't work to well for me. Found my top to be pretty smelly after a day or two.

So. I don't get cold anymore. The capilene thermal weights are GAME CHANGERS. im always cold and i've had base layers in the past that help, but never quite do the job. when i put these on, it was seriously instant relief from the cold. I plan on buying multiple sets of these because i wear them all the time. for camping, for big mountain days. everything. the fit is awesome and the elastic band helps keep everything up and in place. The material is a bit sheer so careful when you are only wearing them. people might see more than you want them to. they are soft, they are comfortable, and they are WARM.

I wear one of these everyday in the winter. The Polartec powergrid pattern baselayers are the best. They are super warm and wick away the sweat and moisture. For as thin as they are they are surprisingly warm. The thumbholes are great for keeping sleeves tucked into gloves as well.

After owning my fair share of low quality base layers, I finally splurged and got myself a capilene thermal and I will never regret that decision. Unlike the other baselayers I have owned, this is remarkably warm and REALLY thin. Like it dries so fast its like magic. Even soaking wet out of the washer, it takes less than 20 mins to hang dry. That being said, it also remains super dry and warm during high output activities. I've worn this running, XC skiing and to the office on cold days, stays dry and keeps me toasty no matter what. Long sleeve is really low bulk and feels thin but packs the heat. Would 1000000000% recommend this to anyone who runs cold or needs a solid warm baselayer for winter activities. I usually wear a medium I most brand for tops and the medium fits well in this shirt. Only complaint is that the arms are just a lil short. I have long arms though so it should fit a normal person fine. Fit is a regular fit, not skin tight but not baggy.

I bought this for my sister who is eternally cold and she literally wears it everyday under sweaters to work, on hikes or just lounging around the house. She is about 5' 7" and a medium fits well without being too loose or too tight. The fit is more "relaxed" but still a thin enough layer that packs a lot of heat should she have to layer up more with a sweater or jacket. The fabric is very soft, breathable and not bulky. She loves it!

My husband got me hooked on the Patagonia Capilene a few years ago and I love them. The thermal keeps me warm while wicking away sweat. I have a few of the zip neck shirts but have found the crew neck is easier to later for those extra cold days.

I gave these to my Fiancé for Christmas and she loves them. She says they are warm and fit true to size. Also they don't restrict movement. I never have to worry about her getting cold with these as a base layer.
