Built to endure the worst, the NRS Pivot Drysuit provides defense against moisture, water, and the elements, and all the meanwhile assures unencumbered mobility. New to this year's edition is a rear-located TIZIP MasterSeal zipper, which not only eliminates pressure points often found at the front of the suit, but also improves flexibility and reduces unnecessary stress put upon the zipper.

A 4-layer Eclipse construction lends waterproof protection and breathable performance, while the added Nanosphere DWR treatment bolsters your defense against moisture. Neoprene cuffs seal out moisture, and the cuffs specific to the neck tout a self-draining punch-through design for enhanced performance. Attached drysocks are equipped with double tape in the toe and heel for added durability, while the overskirt features a 5-inch neoprene band and double-pull, hook-and-loop closure that fits over your sprayskirt tunnel, in turn assuring a watertight seal.

As a sea kayaker I am working hard and in prior suits I found myself sweating through my layers. So then I went lighter layers but was cold at lunch and when I did swim. So the new Pivot allows me to dress for the air and water temp without sweating through my layers as it is more breathable.

The men's pivot drysuit is an extremely durable, comfortable and dry drysuit. I have had it now for about a month, I have run 20-foot waterfalls and, ran class 4 on a paddleboard. All through this it has continued to keep me dry. While being comfortable. The back entry zip is easy to get in and out of while not getting in the way. I have been continually amazed how dry durable and comfortable the NRS pivot is.

NRS has a come a long way since the first suits they made. I've had my Pivot Drysuit for a full season of Northeastern US paddling and I absolutely love it! I had been using a front entry suit from another manufacturer for a few years and I have been so happy to return to a rear entry. Contrary to what some people think I am able to get it zipped and unzipped unassisted. The fabric seems to strike the perfect balance between durability and breathability. After a full season of use my feet are still dry after a full day, and don't have any water pooling in the elbows like I've had in suits from other manufacturers after similar use. I'm 5'8 170 lbs. and I chose a Medium, which fits great.
