Being my first yoga mat, I am very happy with this purchase. Definitely has some weight to this but that gives it the comfort that is needed. I have a bum knee and it is such a pleasure getting to use it, especially for a longer session as well. Then if you are having a hot yoga session, you're feet are not going anywhere. Definitely has a perfect grip to make sure you're not tripping over yourself. It's been living next to my bed so it's super nice getting to wake and first thing to stand on the mat. It is the best!

So I've been using this yoga mat for about 2 months now...I absolutely love it! The difference in thickness I advised about last time, made no difference at all while using it. It still kept my knees nice and cushioned during yoga, and doesn't move around at all. I am extremely happy with my purchase, and look forward to using this mat for many more classes to come.

I would've given this 5 starts, but... Product description advises measurements for this mat as 70x24 6mm thick. I just received this, and it is actually only 5mm thick. See photo. I will still keep it as 5mm should work just fine, but I thought I'd bring it to your attention as other it may cause confusion for other customers.
