This mat is one of the best yoga mats I've ever owned. All of Hugger Mugger's mats are super durable and have really good grip. Compared to the mats I've used in the past this is the only one I've had where I can do each pose comfortably, without worrying about slipping around. This mat is incredibly lightweight and is made of biodegradable materials so it's eco friendly!
