Goal Zero continues to improve the quality of their portable solar panels. I've used the Nomad 7, which was similar in size but with 2x the panels, but I absolutely prefer the rugged portability of the new Nomad 5. In full sunlight, it was able to directly charge my iPhone in only a few hours. Thanks to the direct USB input, virtually any device or power bank can be charged quickly and without the hassle of multiple cables.
