stiff and less pack-able than some others, but feel great when setting up extensions.

Sorry, but I love everything Edelrid does; these slings are no exception. I have two of the 60cm slings and two Edelrid Pure Slider carabiners, which I use together as my anchor cleaning system. The 60cm length, when girth hitched through my belay loop, has so far been the perfect length for cleaning sport routes all over the Southeast and in Colorado. I have also doubled the sling to use it as an extended rappel. Handy and hardy!

I purchased these on sale thinking it was a great buy and the slings are so much thicker than I realized which adds extra bulk. I was expecting a thinner profile like other dyneema runners on the market. Thicker slings overall mean more of a fuss when trying to get sling gear.

I like the pretty high visibility green color that makes it easy to find. I use it for all kinds of fun stuff. It is well made and super durable.

Seems like Edelrid has become the industry leader in gear innovation. This sling being a great example. Everything I have from this company has been exceptionally well made and uniquely superior to comparable gear. The tech web is strong, light, and is my favorite sling for extendable draws because of the way it handles and doesnt get awkwardly twisted when racking. I will be getting different lengths of these very soon.

I love that it has its strength from the dyneema core, but its also more abrasion resistant due to the nylon sheath. Its slightly thicker than your standard dyneema sling, but still much thinner than a nylon runner.

This thing is burly, but not bulky... I bought this to use as a dedicated anchor-building sling; something strong and durable, easy to tie and untie, and with some dynamic properties. And it fills that role perfectly! With its dyneema core and nylon sheath this sling cantake all kinds of abuse, and it's still easy to untie after holding falls and being hung on for those belays that seem to go on forever. And it comes in a great color too!
