Pull on the Columbia Men’s Tamiami II Short-Sleeve Shirt for a day of wading through trout streams and hiking along the river. This lightweight-fabric button-up offers some shade for your shoulders in the middle of a wide open river. It wicks sweat away while you hike in the sun and dries quickly in case you take a tumble and swamp your waders. A rod holder on the chest lets you change flies with both hands, and deep chest pockets leave room to stash gear when you don’t want to wear a vest.

Bought a few of these shirts from Costco for $20 each. They're great shirts. I just wish they came in darker colors.

I gave this shirt as a gift to my dad for father's day and he loves it. Great fit, light weight, and breathable. Overall a great addition to his wardrobe for summers in the South Eastern US.

These shirts circulate air nicely, and dry quickly. I've used them for years. Unfortunately, Columbia decided to drop the 3rd pocket on each side, so I was unable to give it the 5 stars it deserves.

I have this shirt in many different colors. This is perfect shirt on hot, humid summer days, or relaxing on the beach. And yes, they're awesome for fishing, too! No shortage of pockets, plus the awesome velcro rod holder! I used these all the time when I lived down south. They also work well on hot, sunny hikes. Definitely recommend.

This shirt has exceeded expectations. Functionality and features are perfect for summer fishing. UV blocking keeps the sun at bay. Lots of helpful pockets, even a rod holder for easy fly changes. I can stuff this in a small pack and it takes up very little room. Overall a good buy. It is polyester, and has omni-shield so you can wash with other clothing but you could benefit by occasionally treating with a sport wash. Also this shirt probably doesn't need a full dryer cycle. Air dry or a low-heat setting seem to work the best.
