I have been looking for a mid layer for my ski jacket. I got this jacket and everything seems to be nice. I ordered a large and tend to fit everything large, it is a little small for me and I am going to send it back to get a different size.

The Hallett makes for a fantastic mid-layer that is super functional. Can be worn as a stand alone jacket for those chilly Fall and Spring days while also layering perfectly under a shell. Because it is so lightweight you can throw it in your pack and pull it out when needed. The Pertex face fabric sheds light rain and snow and the generous pockets make it perfect for wearing around town. The chest pocket easily fits my phone and will be a great storage solution for the cold days on the mountain this winter. At 6' 175#s the medium size fits me exactly as I would want. I have full range of motion in the arms and the waist length is spot on!
