The Assos Ss.mille evo7 jersey provides a more relaxed fit than most standard race jerseys. This fit, combines with raglan sleeves and Assos’ new .116 fabric, provide a loose relaxed fit with no compromise in performance.

For its Mille jersey, Assos uses its new type .116 synthetic stretch fabric. This smooth polyester material works to transfer moisture at varying rates. When your body is hot, and your perspiration levels are high, the material reacts by accelerating moisture transfer from your skin to the fabric's surface, where it dries quickly. Inversely, when your body cools down, the opposite results, where the evaporation process slows down, using body moisture as a means of retaining warmth.

The Ss.mille jersey was made with a relaxed fit that provides a bit more room than most race jerseys. The raglan sleeves also provide a roomier, more natural feel than standard sleeves. Of course, this jersey, like all Assos jerseys, has been designed to accommodate the body within the cycling position. The mille jersey is a bit more comfortable than most jerseys in the standing position, and once you stretch to the hoods or get into the drops, you'll feel that signature Assos fit, and your ride will be guaranteed to be absent of any bunching, chafing, or pinching.

Three traditional pockets line the lower back panel. Other finishing touches include rear reflective visibility stripes, a covered, full-front zip, and an elastic/silicone hem at the rear.

This is a very comfortable jersey and looks really good. Lots of compliments. I am 5' 9", 174 pounds with large shoulders and chest. A medium fits well when in riding position. I have noticed just a bit of flapping near the back deltoid muscle when flying on a descent but nothing distracting just not 100% aero. Make sure you seat the zipper well -- Assos is quality but the components are lightweight so make sure you treat them with due care.

Probably one of the best looking and performing jerseys in my closet. It fits snug, but not too tight for longer rides. The fabric has held up very well over the last year or so as I have followed the care instructions (no dryer) One thing is that I noticed that the zipper likes to bunch up a little but not so much as to bother me too much.

Love this jersey. Comfortable material, great breathability for warm sunny rides but comfortable for morning/evening/cool weather. I probably won't use this for true hot/cold-weather rides, but it's my everyday jersey. A note on size: I measured at the upper end of Medium, and it's a good fit for me, but definitely snug.

Super nice jersey that fits really nicely and has the right amount of stretch. This is Assos' slightly more generous or true to size fit, so it gives you a little more breathing room. I'm 5 foot 8, 160 lbs with broad shoulders so the size small works out great for me.

The CC gearhead talked me into buying the Assos Evo7 MilleJersey. I ordered the Medium (I am very slender and 187cm tall). It fits perfectly, the material is super comfortable and it looks great. I ride quite a bit (about 120miles/week) and have many main-brand jerseys. This one for sure is the best.

For me, this is what a club jersey should fit like. Not every day is go! go! go! training, and on those days this jersey is great. If you want Assos' signature looks-like-it's-painted-on fit, this is not the jersey for you. But it's also no so baggy that I feel like a flag blowing in the wind and worrying about nipple-rash. Unlike other European brands or some of Assos' racing kit, do size down (or normal, depending on how you look at it). If you don't, then you WILL experience what some here have described about this jersey being way too baggy. At this price, it's the same price or less as lesser jerseys. Just think of this model as the gateway dru...jersey to all things Assos.

Shirt is well made and fits very well. Have gotten compliments on how nice it looks (which is the whole point of nice kit, after all), and it’s very comfortable.

Amazing everyday jersey. Feels good, great fit, and versatile in a range of temps. I've used this with arm warmers down to 45 F degrees and although a little chilly at the beginning, they retain a good amount of heat once you get warmed up. Good ventilation during 80+ degrees days. Only complaint is the white back allows a lot of light through and gives you a tan. If you're wearing a bib, you'll end up with a skunk tan. But that's the case for a lot of the very breathable jerseys.

When you buy Assos you buy quality...The products are expensive, but are made for the serious cyclist who live to ride and ride to live. The jersey fits perfect with the Assos swag i love.

Typical Assos premier quality and the asymmetric sleeve color and graphics really look great in person. However, I've always been a medium in Assos jerseys (SS.Uno, SS.13, intermediate S7), but this jersey is way too loose in the torso. Shoulders and length are normal for a size M but the midsection sags, front and back. I'm pretty average in body type, not super thin. Returning and avoiding the Mille cut in the future.

I purchased the Youngrider jersey but this has a similar cut. Compared to my Equipe jersey I find the sleeves to be a bit looser, as well as the upper bit of the torso and shoulders. The rest of the jersey fits about the same. I personally prefer as few wrinkles as possible so I'll stick with the Equipe fit for myself, but both of these jerseys, as previous reviews have suggested, will feel incredibly natural and form fitting when you lean down into the cycling position. At 40+mph I can't feel a single bellow of fabric flapping against my skin; a wonderful feeling.

This is a great jersey for an aggressive rider as the fit feels off when standing around, but everything falls in place when on the bike. Once you stretch out into your cycling position, you will notice the jersey take on a different feel. The sleeves and shoulders then feel great. No excess material, but not constricting.

I'm 5'9', 161 lbs, have 40" chest. Just like everyone else once you've worn anything Assos, none of your other biking gear quite measures up and that is definitely the case here as well. Originally ordered large but noticed that it flapped in the wind a little. Called the good folks at Competitive and they immediately took the large back and sent me a medium: perfect in the Mille. Looks sharp, fits great on the bike & I get more compliments than I deserve. But honestly try only to buy Assos when on sale. As great as it is, still can be expensive but at least when on sale close to other brands top of the line prices.
