This is a performance shirt, not meant to be worn as a causal shirt. If you play any sport, this is a must have as a baselayer. The material and cut and stitching is better than ANY Nike Pro or Under Armor compression gear I've worn. If I still played football, I would wear one of these under my pads for every game. I 100% recommend this if you're looking for any type of compression gear.

For what it's designed for. Fits well, recommended if you need compression gear.

I am 6'0" and weigh 175lbs. I usually wear between a medium and large in Patagonia. I decided to order a large, and when I put this on, it fit like spandex. If I had an Abercrombie model body, this may have worked, but as I have a bit of a dad body, this shirt was a disaster. I probably would need a XXL just to get a somewhat normal fit. If you're young and in terrific shape, still order at least a size up. Otherwise, avoid this product.

Appears to be very high quality materials and up to Patagonia standards. The fit is extremely "fitted" to the point of restraining movement. I ordered a size up and it was far too tight.
