I am a consistent medium and this skirt is too tight, It doesn't have a lot of areas where it can stretch either. It's cute, but I'd order a size up.

I am almost always a size medium, especially in athletic clothing. However, this skirt was way too tight. Also got the feeling that it would ride up during the day. It's going back.

I wanted this skirt so I could wear a skirt to work in the winter without freezing. I work a desk job and am often cold from our door opening all the time. I wore this skirt with some tights and was warm all day! I did not have to turn on my space heater once! It is super comfortable but does run a little small. I have a stool I sit on at work and I found my self sliding around but in a normal chair it was just fine. The back pocket is nice for putting my phone in while I run around the office. It also makes a great addition to hiking when it gets colder. That added layer over my leggings kept me warm the whole time! I have recommended this skirt to several of my friends, as long as they get the size correct

I loved the waistband of this skirt - so comfy and helps to keep it in place, however the rest of it was way too tight. I couldn't comfortably bend or sit in it. Makes sense, since the fabric has no stretch in it, but I was bummed. Sadly, the next size up is out of stock.

I first ordered the small to use in the winter over leggings, maybe for during ski tours. The small was way too tight and I couldn't squat with it on and as I walked it rode up. So I tried the medium, and it was too wide and flared out at the bottom kinda awkwardly. Just not quite right for me! The color was great and the waistband was comfy just like a pair of yoga pants, but like I said just slightly off. I wanted to love it but its not the skirt I was looking for.

I am 5'10" and about 140lbs. I don't have hips, my shape is more "straight" instead of curvy. The waist in a S should have fit fine (I'm about 28") but it was too snug (Without pants on even) and the waist band noticeably caves inward - so if you happen to carry your weight a little more in your tummy you can very easily risk a bit of muffin top. I also got the S bc I wanted it to fit snugly (though perhaps the M would have been better for the waist) so I could wear this while running in the winter. The other factor I didn't really care for was the cost versus the construction. For $75, this is almost just a couple pieces of nylon woven together (you can *barely* feel the insulation when you rub your fingers together on the skirt) and only one pocket that isn't even large enough for my phone (samsung s9). One one hand, I appreciate the thinner look so it isn't puffy and sticks out, but on the other, when I opened the package and felt how thin the skirt was I couldn't believe I had paid that much for it. I'm not even sure if it would truly keep my hips and butt insulated on a winter run with how thin it is. I would choose this skirt for the look and for going out, not necessarily for activity. The longer back is a very nice touch - though without pants on underneath this skirt would be WAY too short for anyone on the taller side.

I work at a ski resort which means I get to ski to work. I throw this skirt on top of my base layer and I'm ready to start my shift! I am 5'10 and it does run on the shorter side but with leggings it's no problem.

This skirt is great, it’s very durable, warm, light and flattering. My only wish is that it had more pockets but the big one it does have is big and perfect for a large cell phone. It might depend on your body type but it does ride up a little, super easy to just move it down very easily. Highly recommend.

I've used this skirt for an entire winter season and I love it! I wear it with a pair of leggings and boots and it looks fashionable. Best "puffy" skirt I've ever found. I highly recommend this product.

I wore this skirt multiple times a week this past winter. I love to wear leggings around the house and if I need to run errands I can quickly put this on over them to go out. Also supper easy to put on for happy hour after skiing if I don't want to wear my snow pants. I also wear them jogging. The zippered pocket could be bigger to completely fit a phone and small wallet.

I got this as a present for my Mom, who wanted something to wear over her leggings walking to and from the ski lodge. This skirt gives her just the amount of warmth for that purpose and she also likes to use it on chilly wintertime walks!

It keeps your toosh warm but it does have some flaws. There isn't a zipper so I'm not sure where those comments were coming from as the skirt just pulls on. The skirt hits me at about mid thigh. The fit is flattering and good when I'm standing but it's really difficult to sit/crouch in because it's so fitted that there's no room to accommodate the extra space needed when sitting. Because of this I wish it was a little less fitted because I don't think I could size up without the waist being too big. There is a small pocket in the front panel to fit a key in or something else small, but it's a little bit too loose for me to feel comfortable putting anything of importance in it. The zippered pocket in the back is big enough to accommodate an iPhone 6S, but not anything much larger.

I have always thought these skirts were silly, but then find myself being cold with just a baselayer under sweats when camping. These were a cute solution for chilly nights! The length is great without being too long or too short, but just right to be warm. It was easy to move in, and runs true to size. I got a small, and am usually a 4 in pants.

Overall I am fairly happy with this skirt. The design is really cute! I generally wear it over leggings and it keeps my booty nice and toasty. An absolute must in cold fall/winter weather. It fits perfectly in the but and thighs, but is a little loose in the waist. But I have fairly muscular thighs and a smaller waist so this is a pretty normal issue. Definitely not something to make me return it. I ordered the pink and like the color. Just be aware that it is definitely more shiny then it looks in the picture. This skirt has no zipper so I am not sure about what the past reviews were talking about.

This is my first puffy skirt and I'm pretty excited since winters get pretty chilly where I live. The color of the skirt is cute and the contrast between the puffy material and the stretchy material makes it really nice. My favorite detail by far is that it is longer in the back. Fits true to size

Compared to two other brands of black quilted skirts sold here, this one takes the cake. The fit is superior in that the skirt is a bit longer in the back than the front to give a bit more coverage when moving around. It is not as puffy as the others, but I prefer that as it looks more sleek. Elastic waistband and side panels are attractive and comfortable and allow some flex in size. Found it fits true to size.

It is what I wanted out of a skirt to wear during the winter. It keeps my bum warm and I can still move around in it without it shifting up. I love that the back side of the skirt is a little longer. So this skirt does run a tad large, but not enough to exchange it.

This skirt rocks! I can do errands after a workout and not feel exposed in leggings, plus it keeps my bum warm. The stretch fabric sides keep the skirt from sliding up. Wear it with sneakers or tall boots, totally cool. Runs a bit big but not enough to exchange for a smaller size. Washes and dries really well.
