I have worn this a couple times at the gym. I think that the band size runs ever so slightly larger, I would probably drop to the next size down in the band - keeping the same cup measurement. I got a 38D so I would go with a 36DD. The padded straps are SUPER comfortable. The garment feels well made and of quality fabric and materials. I would definitely get another one and highly recommend this brand. As previous reviews mention the cup is "thin" and not much padding to it - thus you will show through a bit if not cautious.

The fabric is to thin and shows more than it should. It didn’t said it had padding but I was expecting a thicker fabric. It shows the shape of the nipple when it’s cold.

The description said these have molded cups high impact support. I found this sports bra was not thick enough to prevent show through. I don't want to be walking around a cold gym like that. The bra itself had decent coverage and the straps were comfortable, though I never tried out the "hi impact" support claim because I didn't wear them to the gym. Disappointing. I am returning. I am a 34E but ordered a size larger based on company recommendations and the band was a little too big and the cups baggy so I think this would be true to size if I'd ordered my actual size.

I bought this for my wife and she says that is a very nice and supportive bra.

I wear a 38D bra and finding comfortable, supportive sports bras is always a chore. This is my second Maia sports bra and it is working out well. The straps are adjustable and padded which really helps when you need extra length. The underwire helps with the support but is not uncomfortable. The back clasp makes this easy on and easy off, no trying to pull it over your head. One issue - I also ordered a white Maia but the straps were extra short - shorter than my other two bras by 2-3".
