When push comes to shove, not many stems combine toughness and lightness (100g) as does the Syntace F109. Syntace pays attention to the details and abides to standards well above those required of them before allowing their products to find their way to market. For these reasons, the F109 been a staple in my bike stable for tens of thousands of miles (previously the F119).
