I have a larger head but I am obsessed with the larger frames - I wear them when I bike, walk, run, workout, play tennis - they stay on my head and the polarized feature is incredible. Totally worth the $ - I don't have to buy another pair of sunnies for years to come. They fit well under a beanie or a trucker hat. I like the thick frames and side/arms of the sunnies. I know people complain about them being huge but I personally love the fit & would highly recommend these. Great quality, too & love that the bag counts as a glasses cleaner too!

Cool glasses... but you need to have a head the size of a watermelon to wear them... not for me :(

The Smith Lowdown 2 have by far been the best pair of glasses that I've owned. They're lightweight but but to last. I've already dropped them a few times (I know, I know) and have not had any worry that they won't hold up. I went with the deep ink color and am totally satisfied with the look, and the lens that it comes with. The red mirror Chromapop does an excellent job of defining the contrast in color, and the polarization reduces glare making it perfect for any scenario. As far as the fit goes, because I know the Lowdown's come in an XL, I by no means have the largest head, but it's big and the frame, bridge and temple of the Lowdown 2 fit me perfect.

This is the second pair I have bought of these, just in a different color. Safe to say they are a favorite

The fit is great. The lenses are large enough to provide ample amounts of coverage, without being too large. In addition, the ChromaPop truly is amazing. It offers unrivaled clarity and increased contrast.

........I can't stop buying these sunglasses! Haha I just picked up another pair against my better judgement. I will say the Chromapop lenses combined with Polarization is a game changer. Chromapop makes the colors just jump out at you and the polarization will prevent glare. If you have any questions at all, just let me know!

I recently lost my last pair of these, so decided to upgrade to the chromapop and boy am I glad I did. The clarity and crispness of vision is the best I have experienced in a pair of sunglasses and the rubber pieces in the nose bridge really lock them in place. Larger lenses offer excellent coverage.

One of my all time favorite frame designs and the chromapop lenses are one of the best available. The new Lowdown 2 version also makes some nice upgrades over the previous. The rubber pieces on the nose bridge work like a charm, especially out on the river. I've lost too many pairs to let my croakies go, but these really stay in place nicely. The frame also feels bomber compared to the originals. Still the same classic look with some of the best light filtration out there. Combo that with the polarization and these are just about the ultimate shades for anything on the water.
