I've had one of these for years...fisher friends asked about it but for a long time Simms didn't have them available. They're back. If you have low back pain, or get it with a long day at the oars or with everything and the kitchen sink in a backpack or sling--this thing is great. I've been able to get a leatherman tool attached to the velcro adjuster. Comfortable to wear wading, boating, or hiking. Sucks to drop a hundy after a small fortune for good waders. But this belt has outlived 2 or 3 pair of waders and I expect many more.
