I was skeptical of an inflatable pillow, but this was perfect for mountain camping. I swaddled it in a fleece jacket for some added softness, and slept just fine!

This has been a great pillow for backpacking, its packs down super small and is so light. It was amazing to take backpacking and is good enough I use it when car camping as well. I have even used this when visiting family in lieu of spare pillows people have in their house. I generally keep it in the pillow pocket of my sleeping bag but on hot nights I have had it straight on my liner and I have not had issues with it sliding around. By adjusting how inflated it is you can get a very firm or softer pillow. This was key for me. I usually inflate it to about 85% and it’s much more comfortable. I have used it dozens of times with no issues and shows no signs of wear. I highly recommend this to anybody looking for an inflatable pillow!

Generally, I don’t sleep well on camp pillows, but it turns out that I have just been using the wrong ones, because this is very comfortable, light and so far seems to be robust enough to stand up to the many miles I plan to be carrying this bad boy.

I've been a "tough it out" type my whole camp/hike/climb life, but I decided to try a little comfort after my kids tried to stuff small travel pillows in their backpacks because they didn't want to stuff any clothes in a stuff sack. Okay I've found a way to be more comfortable, we tried different brands but the regular Sea to Summit Aeros UL was THE BEST for us. Easy to adjust the firmness and fit in the hood of our bags, our heads nest in perfectly and deflates to a fist sized ball and we leave it in the stuff sack with the bag. Glad I listened to my budding scouts, they woke up before I did last outing for once.
