At this price point, I mistakenly thought the quality would be better. Upon opening, the packaging stated--which is not specific on product web page--that the cover is designed to fit 26" wheel bikes and is only water resistant (I was expecting 'waterproof'). Clearly won't fit over a modern frame 29er or to be used outdoors in rain. This cover is ideal for a small bike/kids bike as a dust cover in garage/basement. But even then, $100+ for a dust cover is not worth it. Returning.
