I've had many of the XA pro 3d gtx's & had absolutely no problems at all. The new V8's rubbed from the start. Rubbed on my Lt. insole, sore behind the toes on both feet, then yesterday rubbed raw below outer ankle bone. Today rubbed raw both feet wear the cable crosses over the knuckle before the big toe. What did you do w/ my favorite hiking shoes???

These are a great improvement over the previous XA Pro 3D. Much lighter, less bulky, and the grip far exceeds the previous version on wet/slippery terrain. With the Brannock Device I measure US 11, these are true to size. I ordered a US 11, fit is perfect.
