The Patagonia Women's Barely Bra delivers comfortable all-day support without the hassle of clasps, wires, or migrating straps, so you barely notice it's there. Gone are the days of removing your bra the second you get home. Non-slip racerback straps won't dig into your skin beneath a pack, and the nylon blend wicks away moisture on hot summer days in the yoga studio. Polygiene odor control keeps things under control so you can make the most of your support between laundry days.

Can’t believe how comfortable yet flattering this bra is. I want it in every color! A good friend of mine told me to be aware, it will shrink in the dryer so I will be air drying. 34C Large fit like a glove.

This is the first time my wife has ordered this brand sports bra. She states it is exactly what she was looking for, very comfortable and true to size. States she will be ordering more very soon.

I gave it a five star rating because of how hard it is for me to find a nice bra that has a big band and small cup size. I was hesitant at first because it felt too stretchy. But... it works well as an every day bra, or for light activity. Even though I gave it five stars, there’s a catch; like I’ve read, some colors fit better than others. I just bought a dolomite blue one that fits so dreamy, but one of my black ones has always been a little loose. All in all, this is a quality bra, as I’ve been wearing this style for about two years, and they have held up well.

Originally bought two of the previous design Barely Bra (the diamond pattern fabric) and absolutely love them. Those are my favorite sports bras for anything athletic I do (rock climbing, backpacking, weightlifting, yoga.) Those are super soft, could wear for days on end while backpacking and they didn't stretch out, didn't restrict my lats while climbing, and controlled bounce while working out. Needed some more, but they were redesigned to the new design (the floral fabric with less support). Bought the same size (XL) as I had with the previous version, and this version was 1) larger, 2) less supportive, 3) stretched out faster, and 4) had thinner foam cups/less modesty. The new version I only trust to wear when I'm doing yoga by myself, because downward dog will show too much around other people. Because this version stretches out faster, by the end of an hour of yoga, I'm constantly tugging on my straps to keep by boobs in place and pulling on the back to pull it back down. I don't wear it rock climbing or weightlifting because there's too much bounce, and I don't wear it backpacking because it stretches out way too fast. By the end of the day, it turns into a saggy nip-showing bra and it's frustrating when you used to make something *so* perfect. For the love of God, bring back the diamond-fabric version so I can buy a proper sports bra again. TL;DR - Stretches out, thin coverage, runs large. Bring back the old version.

I wore it a few times. My first impression is that It’s Very comfortable and light, and doesn’t compress the ribs- which is fantastic. The only thing I would say- which won’t always be a problem- is that when I have a neck pain my shoulder muscles (trapezius) become irritated with the straps because they are narrow, so it gives me the sensation that they are digging in. However, this is just a sensation. When I’m not complaining of any existing neck pain/tension, the bra is fantastic and deserves a 5-star. I’m actually looking to purchase another one with the same quality and larger straps.

I wear this bra every single weekend if I'm going to be outside. I have worn it both with the cups and without, depending on what I'm wearing over the top, and it is comfortable regardless. I live in a humid, hot place, and it does a pretty good job of being breathable. It still gets soaked when I'm sweating, but it dries out pretty quickly. I bought this in a small, because I value comfort over support since I am fairly small chested at 32C. I don't wear it during high impact activities other than biking, and I think it has plenty of support for that. It's a staple in my wardrobe.

Gave this as a gift for my girlfriend and have some feedback: "I needed some new sports bras and saw this particular one had great reviews. Granted the reviews were mostly from women who are a bit smaller than me. I am a 34D and 5'4" about 135lbs. I bought a small and medium and the medium definitely fit me best. This bra doesn't offer much support and I won't use it to work out in at all but it will work for me as a great hangout bra. Even though it's low cut and lots of cleavage shows, it does have wide coverage which for me is really important. I barely feel it there and it's pretty comfortable. Hope it holds up well in the long run!"

I purchased 2 of these bras for hiking, biking and other activities. Very breathable wicking material for such activities.

This is my fourth Barely Bra over the years, and it is still the most comfortable and flattering option out there. This new version is a little different, but I think it’s even better! Thinner material, and the pads are much more streamlined/thinner, which looks so much better. Adjustable straps would be the dream. I am a 36A, and wear a size M. Another important note is that the same size can fit differently based on the color! For instance, I recently purchased the Dolomite Blue and Rosewater both in size M, and the band size is quite different. Disappointing that sizing isn’t consistent. See photo.

I like this bra, but the fit is a little off for me. I went with the sizing chart recommendation. The band is fine and not too tight, but the straps are a smidge too short and dig into my shoulders a little. Because of that the bra rises up a little bit and doesn't sit flush against my ribs. I don't think that sizing up would solve all the fit issues for me.

I just ordered my third one! I've been eyeballing this bra for a while and finally bought it in black. I'm in love -- this is a great low profile bra to wear under pretty much anything and you can't even tell it's there! It has good coverage and there aren't any hard lines that show through your shirts -- the support is better than expected as well. These come with modesty cups which are removable and I find it more comfortable without the cups in. I wouldn't wear this for anything more active than yoga -- but it's not really designed for high impact activities. I have an average cup size but small shoulders so while it's a little snug in the chest for me, an XS fits great in the shoulders/underarms/back without being uncomfortable. The material is also very breathable and fairly thin if you take out the modesty cups. This might be my favorite bra from Patagonia -- I have the Active Mesh Bra as well but this one runs tighter. The Barely Bra is definitely my go to for uber comfortable casual wear!

This is so cute for being a sports bra! Perfect for working out, yoga, hiking, or just wearing everyday. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it's a little tight on me. I got the small because my cup size is.... let's face it...tiny. Barely A size. But I am too wide for a size small. Medium I would have been swimming in though.

I have been wearing these bras for a long time, this one has a new fit and fabric. It has slightly less coverage than the previous generations and a little tighter fit - I have a slight preference for the previous style, but these are also good, and the fabric decorative weave is pretty.

I originally ordered an XS, but it was too small so I got the small and it fits very well. I love the pretty blue color and pattern, and the fabric is nice and soft. I've worn it during day hikes and a backpacking trip and it is so comfortable that you forget it's there.

This bra has been updated to use less fabric, therefore covering less skin while still providing the same support. It also seems like the fabric might be slightly different - my only complaint about the last barely bra was that the fabric (not straps) lost some of the stretchy oopmh after wearing for multiple days, and after lots of washes. This one seems like it's going to be a bit tougher, and all while being even more comfortable. I wear a 32 b/c and the small is perfect.

I'm in love with this bra. I bought my first one 6 years ago and have been addicted ever since. I now have multiple pairs (in every color--my favorite is Dolomite Blue) and wear them nearly every day. It is breathable, SO comfortable, dries quickly, and is the most flattering active bra I've ever owned. I've worn it to work and yoga, biking, hiking, and rock climbing! I would even wear it running if it had more support. Like most Patagonia products, they withstand the test of time (I still have the original one!). Buy one now! (I should mention that I have a fairly small chest (B cups) and can't speak for someone with B+ cup.)

Wear with anything for anything bra. Office to the backcountry to the gym! Super comfortable, and a good no show material.
