I already owned one pair of these for over a year that was refurbished from the manufacturer... they snapped... saw them here and bought TWO pairs... both came broken... both were replaced... One pair snapped within a week... I wouldn't even fold them like you are supposed to be able to! The other pair snapped within 3 weeks! BEYOND POOR CONSTRUCTION! Will never buy again!

1st impression, was good. they felt like they were gonna be a great head set and I was excited to try them out, until you put them on and they snap. The sound and controls are great, but the thinnest, cheapest, weakest, plastic is used at the point with the most stress and flex of the design. Don’t waste your money!!!! Sad, because they still function, but once the plastic breaks at the pivot point, and it will just like everyone else’s review.... it’s a worthless pile of garbage. Thanks

I know why this product received a bad comment. This product is damaged but the package box is nothing wrong. I asked for help in on-line chat. Unfortunately, the customer service did not request any investigation and replied me that they are not responsible coz I used oversea forwarder. My product is same as previous BAD comment. My product is likely a returned product with damage. I never buy anything in Backcountry.

Both sides of the headset snapped after one day of use. I can't imagine this is defect in just the unit I received. This is clearly a major design flaw. DO NOT BUY!

Bought a pair. They were broken, in the box. Back Country was AWESOME and sent me a shipping label and a new pair **immediately** ... when those arrived, I used them in my office for one day. Put them on and took them off approximately 3-4 times through a day, then they SNAPPED. Same place. It's a bad design. You're better off spending 4x the sale price on the Outdoor Tech Mini Rhinos, which actually deliver on the "rugged" part.

Very high quality product. The battery holds elegantly. I didn’t like it (There is no smooth sound on after a pause.)

These broke at the same place before I used them even one time. Subsequently the charging port broke. NOT RUGGED.

Like the reviewer just before me. I was loving these headphones at 1st. Sounded fine, bluetooth worked great, and battery lasted a long time. Last night I was using these as normal, and went to make a slight adjustment when they snapped right at the joint. I have really liked all my other OT products in the past and am hopping this is just a one time flaw on this model.

I bought these thinking they were a great deal. They had decent reviews when I purchased them. But please be aware that you get what you pay for....actually you get less than what you pay for. I'll start with the positives first: - They look nice - They function great as bluetooth headphones (all features work as designed and intended) ....That's it. Negatives: - They market the headphones as hardy and able to withstand rough use and handling. I think the box even says you can roll over them accidentally while sleeping and they won't be damaged. THIS IS A BOLD-FACED LIE....FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I had these headphones less than two weeks before they broke. I was merely putting them on my head (not an abnormally wide head I must say) and I heard a loud snap, and felt like someone had just slapped my ear. But I look and see the headphones had snapped right at the joint underneath the metal extension strip. What a pitiful excuse for headphones. I have had free headphones that were given to me on airplanes that have lasted longer. - They are really uncomfortable headphones. I was actually willing to look past this because of the price point, but then they broke. Had they not marketed so intentionally that these headphones are tough...I may not have been so frustrated and disappointed. But this product was quite the letdown. Don't fall for the price....just don't. Pay the money for good quality headphones. Don't learn the lesson the hard way...like I did.

Poorly constructed and won’t last long. In my case they broke when I open the box.

He loved these, he mentioned they weren’t too small or to big. They were the perfect size!

I bought a brand new one and even couldn't use it. The headphone was broken. Not recommend to buy it

Uber great sound, fit and weight! Also I like this style better than noise cancelling over ear headphones (they make me claustrophobic not hearing my surroundings).... However like many other reviews here, it's true, a little tiny piece of the band broke when putting them on like the 4th time. So I purchased another pair! Asking for it I know, but I love how happy these made me when I opened the box synced em up and danced around my house. If pair number 2 breaks I have duct tape...worth it!!!

I took a chance on these after reading the generally bad reviews and lost. Gave them to my teenage daughter as Christmas gift. They broke the next day when she was simply putting them on. She loved them...until she didn’t. Clearly a flawed design.

Based on the other reviews...I'm holding off on a review until Xmas (and beyond)...crossing my fingers these don't break.

Well, like everyone else, I broke mine... but it was because I tried to bend them wider. I have a pretty normal-sized head, but after about an hour, I wanted to throw these things against a wall - too much pressure. If you either have a very narrow head, or only plan on wearing them for a little while at a time, they're great.

From an actual headphone and music quality perspective, these bad boys aren't half bad. They will, however, break on you. I've gone thru two different pairs and both have snapped. The plastic components on the head-band portion simply gave out after being flexed as you put them on and take them off over time. Probably won't buy anymore ODT products cuz it's just not worth buying headphones that will break on you a couple of weeks down the line.

I purchased these as a gift for my brother and they broke after only a week or two. Makes for a lousy feeling after Xmas.

Simple to set up and use with seamless button operation. Looks fitting on a small head though.

These headphones are the best I have had so far!! Absolutely love them! However, the way that they were shipped to me was really bad! They were just put in a huge box ? with no bubble wrapping or newspaper and I can only imagined that they jiggled and jangled as well as banged all the way to NYC!! That's bad business. So that means I will never purchased another item that might be put in a box other than clothes or shoes!
