Whether you're out to explore a new city or are headed out for an evening run, the On Footwear Cloud Waterproof Running Shoe gets you out the door and keeps you dry in rainy conditions. A waterproof membrane blocks moisture to keep your feet dry so you won't have to turn to the treadmill when the forecast calls for showers. Breathable mesh uppers with structural synthetic overlays that offer support keep your feet comfortable as you explore a new urban environment. To help keep you comfortable through long days of adventuring, CloudTec cushioning technology stays active while you foot strike, then firms up for an efficient toe-off for day-long comfort.

The Cloud's slip-on style with an easy step-in heel loop gets you in the shoes and out the door faster so you have more time to run or explore. To speed things up even further, On Footwear equipped the Cloud with their speed-lacing system that also keeps you from having to tie and untie laces in the rain. However, if you're a traditionalist or want to have more of a custom fit, conventional laces come with the shoes as well.

I only run in these in really wet, snowy conditions and so they do not log many miles. I received these in winter 2018 and wore them for 1.5 seasons. This year wore them twice and one shoe must have a breach near the sole and therefore foot gets waterlogged quickly. Now back to non-waterproof running shoes and at least the water can squish out the sides and top. For women there is too little choice for waterproof runs.
