I have had a horrible experience with my HyperFlow. Bought it. Used it twice, remembering to backflush it every 4-8 liters. Flow became horribly slow. Purchased a new filter had the same experience, but this time I got maybe a gallon before the flow slowed. Backflushing did no good. The water was clear. Called MSR and they sent me a new filter. Same experience. I do not trust the MSR HyperFlow and would not recommend it at all.

Filter is a direct replacement for my Hyperflow. Full service is restored. I was familiar with the backflow flushing technique, so replacing the filter was very easy. 2 minutes for those who have not done it before.
