There's no squat, dead lift, or circuit training that the Inov-8 Women's All Train 215 Shoe can't handle. Built specifically for high output workouts of all kinds, the All Train 215 features Inov-8's AdapterFit, which (as its name suggests) adapts and molds to the shape of your foot, providing unencumbered support and dexterity. Meanwhile, the Fusion midsole attenuates shock and ensures energetic propulsion, allowing you to swiftly move through transitions and maximize on your strength. A Meta-Flex groove at the forefoot bolsters your toe-off, while the firm, HeelLock platform offers the stability necessary for weight lifting or squats. And, not to mention, the rubber outsole not only features a geometric pattern for enhanced mobility, but also touts a sticky composition so you're able to count on the All Train for traction.

I wanted a pair of training shoes that I would not need to slide on and off when I deadlift or squat. These fit the bill. They definitely help me feel grounded with minimal, yet comfortable support. These kicks also breath well! I wouldn't wear them for long runs, but they are fine for short sprints within a workout. True to size.

My old pair of Inov-8s are wearing out and I ordered these as a replacement. I was also looking for some additional support in the toe box for jumping around while playing volleyball. Well, these ran WAY small. I normally wear a 9.5 (like in pretty much every shoe ever) and my toes were right up against the front of these shoes. Additionally, the shoes run narrow-- the stitching across the toe box does not have any stretch to it. I loosened the laces quite a bit, but my toes still felt tingly/numb from lack of circulation. I loved how these shoes looked and they felt lightweight, but the fit was not good for my foot.
