The Hardy Wraith is an ultra-fast action fly fishing rod that is an upgrade from the popular Zenith. It is crafted with Hardys top-secret Sintrix 550 compound, making it lighter yet stiffer than its predecessor. This gives the Wraith a unique ability to cast with precision, even in windy conditions. The Wraith is available in a variety of configurations, with rod weights ranging from five up to eight. Each option features Hardys Sintrix 550 blank construction and top-shelf components like hardwood spacers (five and seven weights) and triaxial carbon spacers (seven and eight weights). The cork handle is available in either half-wells or full-wells shape, and is outfitted with Fuji titanium stripper guides and black recoil guides. This makes the Hardy Wraith an ideal choice for fly fishing enthusiasts and professionals alike.

Needed a replacement for my z-axis, this rod is amazing! For my 5wt rod I want something that will be able to throw any size fly and hit the target on the bullseye. This rod does it and it will be replacing a few other rods in my quiver, give it a shot, you would be not be disappointed.
