I think that the best use for this tape is to protect your fingers when the skin is gone after a day of climbing. I recommend applying it with liquid bandage (New Skin, here in US). First you apply the liquid, then apply tape while the liquid bandage is still liquid, and cover the tape with a bit liquid bandage again. Wait couple of minutes until liquid bandage becomes solid. As a result we get a pretty strong cover that does not wear out on sharp edges and KEEPS PROPER FRICTION which is a great upgrade from other tapes that become rather slippery... Five stars if use correctly.

This tape is kind of a stretchy mesh that has incredible grip, feel, and sensitivity that other tapes don't get. It protects your skin very well. Probably be good for finger cracks but its thin width means you'd use a lot for a whole glove. It only sticks to itself so you won't get Brazilian waxed but is super secure. Great product. A wider size would be nice for jams

This stuff is cheap and works significantly better than standard tape for most applications. It doesn't stick to skin, only itself, so its great for reinforcing pulleys and protecting skin on fingertips. Probably would be harder to try and tape up crack gloves out of these, though. The other massive plus is that it stays totally secure when wet.
