We tried a few different brands but stuck with this for our two month old. Considering the manageable price and warmth this was the best choice, especially in the awesome coral color! We went with the 3/6 month to give her room to grow into it and have a full winter of use, for reference she is 22 inches and 12 pounds currently at 13 weeks and is absolutely swimming in the 3 to 6 but we wanted something we could still use in March when she is five months old so we sized up. So far we have taken her for a few hikes and around town and she stays toasty warm. To answer the question below about care, as with any down product use nikwax down solution to keep the down lofty and clean, never use soap, tumblr dry with a tennis ball on low to keep the down nice and fluffy.

Only issue is this product runs very large. I put my 17 month old baby in a 12 month suit, and she's swimming in it! Unfortunately the only size smaller is a 6-12 month, and I'm not sure if that will be too small.
