Whether you're skiing fresh pow, chilling at the crag, or simply headed into town, the Backcountry Stansbury Down Hooded Jacket will keep you warm on the chilly winter days. It's filled with premium goose down for packable warmth, and includes an incorporated stuff sack for compact storage when you're on the move. The down-proof ripstop shell prevents insulation from poking out, and it's treated with a water-resistant finish, but the regular fit will easily layer beneath a shell if the weather gets too wet and stormy.

Love the look and fit of this jacket. It has a nice matte finish, big hood (with ability to cinch down for a tighter fit), and a nice cuff design. Ordered the Orion Blue and it's beautiful in person! I ordered a medium so I'd have room for layers underneath and am happy with the fit, although it looks a little baggy in the back if wearing over a thin baselayer. My only gripe is that I have a hard time with the zipper at times, seems to get stuck and can be difficult to zip unless you're very intentional. I'm 5'3", 125 lbs, 28 in waist and broad shoulders for sizing reference.

Hi, this is Emily and I work on the Backcountry brand product development team. I am writing this review today to help guide your sizing decision on this new product. My measurements are: 5'4" Tall Size 4, or on the larger size of S in bottoms The larger side of S for tops bust 34 B. I consider the Stansbury Jacket my "go-to" winter coat. It cuts the cold and even repels snow and other light moisture. We added a unique baffling design to this style, giving it a more feminine silhouette. In this style, I wear a M. The fit is great overall in the M for me. Busty women size up!
