Let me start by saying Arc'teryx is arguably my favorite brand. Their customer service people I deal with are in general, quite helpful and sincere. I had a zipper-tooth break/fallout from my old Atom LT. It was the LEAF model. I brought it to the Arc'teryx Store in SoHo, NY... in Nov 2019! It is officially a year later and I'm still dealing w this! (granted a lot of this is my own fault for not making it a priority and checking in regularly or daily - i fully admit that). First they claimed to have no idea what happened to my jacket! Then they said it was stuck in customs! Then they said it was back in Canada. (This is all PRE-Covid mind you). Finally they decided to just send me a new model. Here's where I got really annoyed... they RAISED the armpits about an inch (easily, maybe more). It feels really uncomfortable now. And I definitely can't use it as a layering jacket with a sweater or mid-layer in between! I don't know why Arc'teryx changes this stuff... for the few people that actually use this to climb K2... fine... but for the rest of us who wear this day to day - we don't need raised armpits for extended mobility. After a year, and all said and done they have offered me a credit. To be honest I really love my old jacket and just want that back. For such a great company making such great products, wish their repair/return process was more thorough and expedient.
